CalOHII's Commitment:

CalOHII is committed to supporting secure health information movement in California.

The California Office of Health Information Integrity (CalOHII) continues to support better health outcomes in California. CalOHII Assistant Director Elaine Scordakis explains:

"CalOHII's work is focused on making confidential health information available when and where it's needed. CalOHII had previously worked on the state cooperative agreement for Health Information Exchange grant  to move patient information securely to providers, payers, and patients themselves. We continue to work on expanding those 'lessons learned' to facilitate data exchange by State departments that manage patient information."
