CalOHII's Privacy and Security Branch has released its Model Modular Participants Agreement (MMPA). This tool was developed in response to stakeholder request for support related to Participants Agreements.  The MMPA is a starting point for both HIOs and Participants new to the Terms and Conditions of health information exchange contracts.
