Model Modular Participants Agreement

CalOHII has released its Model Modular Participants Agreement (MMPA). This tool was developed in response to stakeholder request for support related to Participants Agreements. The MMPA is a starting point for both HIOs and Participants new to the Terms and Conditions of health information exchange contracts. This is the first release of the MMPA and CalOHII invites comment on how to improve the content of the current release and suggestion for future modules.
