Summary:

(d)(3)(A) The Independent Citizen's Oversight Committee (ICOC) may conduct closed sessions when it meets to consider or discuss matters involving information relating to patients or medical subjects when the disclosure of such information would be an unwarranted invasion of privacy. (e)(2): Nothing in this act requires the disclosure of personnel, medical, or similar files if disclosure of such would be an unwarranted invasion of privacy.
